TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms
The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms + Conditions as stated hereon and implied.
2. Price, Currency + GST
All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) only, we do not accept payments in any other currencies. Little Coop Boutique reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website without prior notice. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
3. Payment + Security
Little Coop Boutique credit card information security policy: We use PAYPAL for online credit card transactions. PAYPAL processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service. We do not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by PAYPAL. Cancelled, unshipped items which require a refund will incur a 5% transaction fee.
5. Domestic Shipping
We use a range of delivery methods including pass the parcel and NZ Post for all orders throughout New Zealand. All packages are tracked.
If you leave a comment allowing the courier to leave the parcel on your property in the event no one is home, you do so at your own risk. We are unable to to replace or credit your parcel in the event it goes missing.
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders all orders within 1 - 2 business days. We offer free shipping for orders over $80.
6. International Shipping
All international shipping is a standard rate of $20 untracked or $40 tracked. If an item is untracked it is at the buyers own risk. We will not refund or replace lost parcels that have been sent untracked.
Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.
Little Coop Boutique values our customers and respect their privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with care and security. We want to make your shopping experience as safe and fulfilling as possible. While we securely store your customer details, we do not sell, trade or share this information with anyone. When you place an order we use secure payment facilities to process al online credit card transactions. No credit card details are kept by Little Coop Boutique
REFUND + RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the products we sell, therefore if an order doesn’t meet your expectations we will happily refund you, less the shipping cost, as long as the product is returned unused in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. This includes the product manual and packaging. Please be mindful not to assemble or modify a product before returning it; otherwise we will not be able to refund your purchase.
Little Coop Boutique is unable to return and refund an item where the packaging or product is returned damaged or marked or it has been worn, soiled or smells of smoke. Please note that the cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty.
Please email us notifying us that you wish to return an item including the invoice number and the reason for returning it. We will then provide you with return details. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case, we will also refund the cost of returning the item to us. The item will remain your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own peace of mind we recommend that you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during transportation and consider using a tracked service. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed. Upon safe receipt of your returned unused item, we will inspect the item before advising you by email that it has been processed. We will then refund your item at the purchase price. All purchases are subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Should you wish to cancel an order which has not yet been dispatched, please contact us via email. If your order has been despatched, you will need to return the order to us.
We aim to always represent and dispatch quality product. If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please email us as soon as possible, quoting your order number, name and address, and as many details as possible about the product and its fault. Please advise us within seven days of receipt of the faulty item, to allow us to resolve the matter quickly by arranging exchange, repair or refund.
Sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, so please choose carefully. With the exception of faulty products.
International returns are welcome on all order under the following terms and conditions;
- All parcels are sent traced at the buyers expense. Please note that the parcel must be tracked shipping and we will require the tracking details
- Items being return have original tags on, are not worn or washed
- Items being returned come from a smoke free environment
- Refund will be issued upon receipt of the return item and are happy that it is in its original condition
Any item that is deemed faulty will be covered at the cost of Little Coop. All other returns are at the cost of the buyer.
PROMOTIONS + DISCOUNTS
All promotions and discount codes are issued at the discretion of Little Coop Boutique. We reserve the right to cancel any order which has unauthorised use of a discount code. Promotional offers and discount codes can only be used once per customer per promotion, unless otherwise specified. Promotional offers and discount codes will not be extended beyond the specified end date.
